My name is KJ, and I’ve spent over a decade immersed in the world of bartending, hospitality, catering, and every corner of the restaurant industry. After falling in love with mixology at my last job—which unfortunately closed its doors—I found myself at a crossroads. I knew I didn’t want to keep jumping from bar to bar or chasing the next gig. I wanted something more.

One night, I shared my thoughts with my wife, which also has a lot of years of experience in the hospitality industry. And together we came up with something new—something meaningful. We decided to stay connected to the industry we love but approach it from a fresh angle. That’s how Elixir was born: a brand dedicated to helping bars, restaurants, and hospitality professionals elevate their cocktail experience through premium dehydrated fruits and expert mixology insight drawn from years behind the bar.
